Delegate Foster moves to amend the bill on page 23, section 14, line five, following the word “registrant” by inserting a new subsection (c) to read as follows:

“(c) The commissioner shall verify the applicant has successfully completed the course described in §16A-3-1 (a)(6) of this code;”.
